• Market data that we pair with your zip codes to produce Replacement Probability Scores and playbook outputs. This is public and licensed data about housing stock, transactions, and climate — not personal information about you.

How we use it

• To produce your market audit, playbook exports, and subscription outputs.
• To communicate with you about your account, your results, and meaningful product updates.
• To improve the service — benchmark response rates, tune scoring models, identify bugs.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us run Tactrak (hosting, email delivery, payment processing) under contract, and when required by law.

Your choices
